Start with your direction
Life coaching language can describe a practical conversation about goals and choices. In Monica’s spiritual practice, the focus is personal reflection: what matters to you, what feels unclear and which questions you want to explore. It is separate from psychotherapy, diagnosis or clinical treatment.
Make a broad goal concrete
Instead of trying to solve every part of life in one conversation, identify one area where you want more clarity. You may be exploring a change, deciding how to set a boundary or making room for a personal project. Discuss the support you are looking for when you call.
Keep your own judgment
Spiritual guidance can sit alongside your own research, conversations and practical planning. It should not replace independent decision-making or advice from qualified professionals for medical, legal or financial matters. You can ask for an explanation and decide which parts of a discussion are useful to you.
Arrange the right session
Call Monica and explain whether you want a reading, a spiritual conversation or guidance choosing a format. Ask about time, fees and availability before booking. You do not need to share sensitive records or commit to a package through this website.
